This Self Catering Villa really is the ideal vacation home for one family. It is located in Eagle Point which is a community 15 minutes from Disney. The home has its own private pool with spa and screen enclosure. It is set apart by the marvelous lake /conservation view it has. Here you can sit and relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The home has 2 sitting areas. The main living area has TV and looks over the swimming pool that also overlooks a lake. The other is to the front of the home. The fully equipped kitchen is centrally positioned .It is spacious with plenty of room for a table. It also accesses the home separate formal dining area. The 3 bedrooms consist of a king, queen and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds. A great place for some quality family time!

10/10 would recommend. We are local so we rented it based on the pool alone. House was a great temperature and we never left. Just fort dashed food in. We liked it so much I booked it for October while we were still there. Its close to all the attractions and there was plenty of food options near by.

Absolutely a beautiful home! very homey like, rooms were spacious and very comfortable, the pool was amazing! I couldn't have made a better choice when I chose this beautiful home. All my questions were answered ahead of time, was even given ideas of where to go or things to do. If we're ever in Florida again I'd definitely look you up Annette n Thank you so much
